Formée à Los Angeles avec des Chefs et des traiteurs tel que Gavan Murphy de www.gavanmurphy.com, Trevor Zimmerman de www.deuceevents.com, Judy Culbertson d'A Splendid Feast, et Judy Goldstein de www.thefineartofevents.com, dont les clients n'étaient autres que Courtney Cox et David Arquette, Jennifer Anniston, Jim Carrey, Danny Devito, and James Cameron...
Ayant vecu en Russie, en Autriche, et à Port-au-Prince et adorant voyager, elle est venue en France pour la première fois en 2001 rendre visite à son oncle habitant Antibes. "J'ai découvert à la fois les français, leur culture, l'art de la table et de la cuisine. En 2008-09, je me suis installée à Bordeaux et y ai développé un réseau et des amitiés durables. C'est sur eux que j'ai testé mes talents de cuisinière et l'accueil a été unanime. J'y ai découvert la cuisine du Sud-Oeust et l'ai intégré à mes influences Méditerranéennes et Californiennes."
En ce moment elle travaile à Paris dans la création d'Un Artiste à La Table, elle donne des cours de cuisine privé aux petit groupes, et elle aussi prépare les dîners privé à domicile.

A background in architecture, landscape design, floral design, nutritional studies and kinesiology, Kristi came into the kitchen by way of her own personal pursuit to health. In addition, she worked on occasion with her Aunt who was a professional and well known, top rated caterer and personal chef, A Splendid Feast, in Los Angeles, Ca.Fundamentally a visionary and designer, she equally thrives on interacting with people and moving about! Once realizing that food could be another art medium for her, while providing a nemesis to bring people together, she jumped from being over a drafting table into vivaciously moving about in the kitchen and around the table!
Kristi has worked in Los Angeles, Ca, with other chefs and caterers who include Gavan Murphy of www.gavanmurphy.com, Trevor Zimmerman of www.deuceevents.com, Judy Culbertson of A Splendid Feast, and Judy Goldstein with www.thefineartofevents.com. With these she has worked for Courtney Cox and David Arquette, Jennifer Anniston, Jim Carrey, Danny Devito, and James Cameron to name a few.Being an avid traveler, and having lived in a few other places outside the States: Russia, Austria, and Port-au-Prince, Haiti; she came to France by way of a French Uncle in 2001 and began to visit each year in Antibe. She learned first hand from the French, their culture and certainly the art of the table and the cuisine. In 2008 and 2009 she lived in Bordeaux and developed a community of French friends and family. She began testing out her cuisine on them! The response was unanimous and a small dinner party of 10 friends, quickly grew to 30! She learned the cuisine of the South-West region of France in Bordeaux and incorporated that into her own Mediterranean-Californian style.
Currently Kristi is here in Paris cooking up a tasty meal for us once a week! She loves to cook for others, surprise and delight, come taste her food and meet her, she is vivacious and always ready to meet someone new and sit down for a chat!
She also offers cooking classes to small groups (minimum 2), and caters private small dinner parties.
